How does a triathlon work?
A triathlon comprises three different disciplines – swimming, cycling and running (in that order). The swim can either take place in a swimming pool or in an outdoor environment (e.g. a lake or river). At Human Race, most of our triathlons take place at Dorney Lake, which is like swimming in a giant pool.
Can a beginner do a triathlon?
