Can I convert my bike to Di2?
Yes, it really is that simple. There are some caveats, of course – but if you want to spend the least amount of money and still upgrade your Di2 bike to 11 speed then that’s all. Just buy two 11 speed derailleurs and you’re done.

Are all Di2 compatible?

Can you upgrade 105 to Di2?
I went from 5700 105 to 6870 Di2, its worth the upgrade! Go for full Ultegra, if you don’t I guarantee that after a couple of weeks you will wish you did! You’ll look at your bike one day and just think the 105 chainset looks wrong!
I was able to do so without removing the bottom bracket. I installed an internal junction “B” box at the bottom bracket area and used the EW-RS 910 Junction “A” in the handlebar end. I also upgraded my 2016 TCR Pro to Di2. I took the bottom bracket out though to install it.

Why are groupsets so expensive?
